Features

This pistol commemorates the dedication of the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment, “The Old Guard,” the U.S. Army’s ceremonial unit since 1948. It honors their vital role in guarding the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and conducting funeral ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery. The pistol’s design features elements representing the key aspects of these ceremonies: the 21-gun salute (right side), the Caisson and Casket Team (left side), the Bugler and Chaplain (top), and the folded flag medallion (grips), symbolizing the nation’s respect for fallen service members.
