At NextGen Ballistics, all sales are generally final due to the nature of firearms and ammunition. However, we accept returns in specific cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
Returns Accepted If:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was shipped
- Request made within 7 days of delivery
Returns NOT Accepted For:
- Ammunition (final sale)
- Used, fired, or modified firearms
- Items without original packaging
- Requests after 7 days
Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days at info@nextgenballistics.com
- Provide order number + photos
- Receive RMA number and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back (do not send without approval)
- Refund processed after inspection
Refund Details
- Refunds issued via original payment, store credit, or exchange
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- We cover shipping for damaged/wrong items
- Customer pays shipping for other approved returns
Firearms & Ammunition
- Firearms are final sale once transferred through an FFL
- Defective firearms handled via manufacturer’s warranty
- Background check denial: 15% restocking fee may apply
- Ammunition is non-refundable unless damaged/wrong item
Order Cancellations
- Can be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet shipped
- Once shipped, follow the return process
Restocking Fees
- 15% – Non-defective firearms
- 10% – Non-defective accessories
- None – Defective/damaged items
