Features

The RAPIDE (DAWN) (CA) (MA) LCI is a feature packed 1911 style pistol designed for exceptional performance and accuracy. It includes a variety of enhancements that make it an ideal choice for target shooting, such as stepped cocking serrations, slide lightening cuts, and a TiN Titanium Nitride finished barrel for added durability and a sleek finish. The pistol also boasts ambidextrous safeties, a flush fitting extended magwell for smooth reloading, and a new V Cut match grade trigger that breaks crisply at 4 to 5 lb for enhanced control and precision. The Tru Glo TFXPro Day Night sights offer exceptional visibility in any lighting condition. This 1911 also features a loaded chamber indicator LCI located at the top of the slide just behind the chamber. When loaded, a small metal bar is visible in the up position, providing a clear visual cue for added safety. Additionally, it comes with a magazine disconnect, which prevents the firearm from firing unless a magazine is inserted. These specific features are designed to meet the requirements of states that mandate these additional safety measures, ensuring compliance without compromising the pistol’s function and accuracy. The RAPIDE (DAWN) (CA) (MA) LCI is still backed by the Kimber Limited Lifetime Warranty, providing peace of mind with every shot.
