Features

Introducing the robust and practical X-Bolt Hunter Composite rifle, designed to excel in woodland, mountainous terrain and on the shooting range, enhancing performance through advanced features. As part of the X-Bolt 2 series, the Hunter Composite boasts a redesigned receiver with increased bolt guidance for swift, smooth cycling. The newly engineered bolt features weight-saving spiral fluting and an upgraded handle knob. Its lightweight sporter contour barrel balances accuracy with weight efficiency. The threaded M13x0.75 muzzle accommodates the included radial muzzle brake or optional Browning Recoil Hawg Sporter muzzle brake for enhanced recoil reduction. The action is meticulously bedded and the barrel is free-floated, ensuring consistent precision. The DLX Trigger, factory-set at 3.50 lb and adjustable down to 3 lb, delivers exceptional performance with zero creep, zero take-up and zero overtravel. A standout feature is the innovative Vari-Tech stock, offering effortless adjustment of comb height to align perfectly with your optics. Internal spacers adjust the length of pull for a secure, customized fit, complemented by interchangeable sporter and vertical grip modules to adapt to your preferred grip angle. Rubber over molding on gripping surfaces provides enhanced security in all weather conditions. For added comfort, the new 1.25 inches thick Inflex recoil pad absorbs recoil effectively, particularly noticeable when firing magnum rounds. The Vari-Tech stock’s personalized fit ensures the rifle feels like a natural extension of your body, enabling quicker, more accurate initial shots and rapid follow-ups, a decisive advantage in hunting scenarios where timing is critical.
