Features

Introducing the rugged and purpose-driven X-Bolt Hunter Composite rifle, engineered to excel in forests, mountains and on the shooting range with features meticulously designed to enhance performance. As part of the X-Bolt 2 series, the Hunter Composite boasts a redesigned receiver with increased bolt guidance for smooth, rapid cycling. The bolt features innovative spiral fluting for weight reduction, paired with a redesigned handle knob for improved ergonomics. Its lightweight sporter contour barrel strikes an ideal balance between precision and weight savings. The threaded M13x0.75 muzzle allows for easy attachment of the included radial muzzle brake, a thread protector cap or optional Browning Recoil Hawg Sporter muzzle brake, enhancing recoil control as needed. The action is precisely bedded and the barrel is free-floated to ensure consistent accuracy shot after shot. The DLX Trigger, set at 3.50 lb from the factory and adjustable down to 3 lb, guarantees zero creep, take-up and overtravel, delivering unmatched precision. The standout feature, the new Vari-Tech stock, offers customizable comb height adjustment to perfectly align with your optics. Internal spacers adjust the length of pull for a stable, noise-free fit, while interchangeable sporter and vertical grip modules cater to personal preference. Rubber over molding on gripping surfaces ensures secure handling in any weather conditions. Enhanced shooting comfort is provided by the 1.25 inches thick Inflex recoil pad, significantly reducing felt recoil, especially with magnum rounds. Tailored to your dimensions, the Vari-Tech stock ensures the rifle feels like a natural extension of your body, enabling quicker, more accurate initial shots and precise follow-ups, essential advantages when timing is critical in hunting scenarios.
