Features
The Ruger Precision Rifle is purpose-built for long-range accuracy, combining innovative features with rugged performance. Its heavy-contour barrel, measuring 0.850 inches at the muzzle, offers superior rigidity and heat resistance, while the hybrid muzzle brake effectively reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise, keeping shots on target. The patented multi-magazine interface provides unmatched versatility, allowing the rifle to function seamlessly with AICS, M110, SR-25, DPMS, Magpul-style magazines and even some M14 magazines. The Ruger Marksman adjustable trigger is externally adjustable, enabling shooters to fine-tune their preferred trigger pull for enhanced precision. Designed for total shooter customization, the fully adjustable buttstock offers intuitive adjustments for length of pull, cheek rest height, horizontal positioning and buttpad height, ensuring a perfect fit for any body type, shooting position or style. The cold hammer-forged, chrome-moly steel barrel features 5R rifling with minimum bore and groove dimensions, along with centralized chambering and precise headspacing to maximize accuracy. Surrounding the barrel is a 15 inches aluminum free-float handguard, hard-coat anodized for durability and outfitted with Magpul M-LOK slots on all four sides for attaching accessories. The Ruger Precision also features an ambidextrous manual safety and a 20 MOA Picatinny rail secured with #8-40 screws, providing a rock-solid foundation for long-range optics. The Magpul MOE-K2-XL grip offers an enhanced ergonomic angle and includes optional storage cores for keeping essential tools or gear close at hand. For added convenience, the bolt disassembly tool is cleverly stored within the billet aluminum bolt shroud, making field maintenance fast and hassle-free. The magazine well front is also contoured to provide a positive grip when bracing against barricades or rests. Complete with two 10-round Magpul PMAG magazines, the Ruger Precision Rifle delivers competition-ready performance, innovative adaptability and the precision shooters demand when every shot counts.
